Appointments can be made with your preferred doctor. Please advise the receptionist if you require a longer appointment.

FEES: City Clinic has Bulk billing Doctors available Monday to Friday for patients who hold a valid Medicare and DVA card. Some Doctors charge a $30 Gap fee during the week.  Please ask reception when making an appointment. A $30 Gap fee is charged for all appointments on Weekends and Public Holidays.

Overseas students who have Overseas student health cover (OSHC) with Allianz, NIB, Medibank, AHM, Bupa, CBHS and Overseas visitors who have GP cover with Allianz, NIB, Bupa, CBHS will not be charge a fee for the consultations that are under our bulk billing service. Standard fees are charged for all other patients who do not hold a valid Medicare Card or Health insurance card. We offer phone consults, on weekdays only. Bulk-billing does NOT apply in cases where Medicare rebates are unavailable (e.g. commercial driving medical examinations).

All procedures incur a $50-$100 clinic fee, with full payment required on the day of the procedure (e.g., excision of skin lesions, Implanon removal insertion, stitches). A $150 Gap is charged for Iron Infusions.

AFTER HOURS & HOME VISITS: when our surgery is closed, your call is automatically diverted to the locum service. In the event of an emergency, please call “000”. Please download ManaDr app for teleconsult with our GPs till 11pm from Monday to Friday. 

COMMUNICATION:  Our friendly reception team will be happy to assist you with any queries you may have. A message can be left for your doctor during consulting hours. Please let us know if your contact details change. Contact with the clinic is via phone call only. Email communication is discouraged, due to risk of patient data breach. If you need to contact a doctor, a message will be taken if the doctor is in consultation with a patient.

PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY: your health record is a confidential document. We will securely maintain your medical information and access is restricted to authorised staff members.

TEST RESULTS: Need to be followed up with your doctor with a face to face or booked telephone consult (phone consults offered Monday to Friday only).

PRESCRIPTIONS AND REFERRAL LETTERS: Require a face to face appointment or booked telephone consult (phone consults offered Monday to Friday only).

WORKCOVER AND MOTOR VEHICLE CLAIMS: Requires an appointment.  Please call reception staff to make an appointment. You may be required to pay for your first consultation but this is reimbursed to you once your claim has been processed and you receive your claim number.

OUR STAFF: our friendly reception staff are available to make bookings and provide assistance. 

DOCTORS: all Vocationally Registered and fulfill the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners requirements for continuing medical education and quality assurance.
